About the Author
Tom Kelley is a general manager at IDEO. IDEO is a design and innovation consultancy firm. He has led business development, marketing, human resources, and operations at the company. Tom has written two other books, Creative Confidence and The Ten Faces of Innovation. He is also an Executive Fellow at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and the University of Tokyo.
